Seller reviewScott did a tremendous job selling our house. It hit the market and instantly had several people lined up to look at it. So much so, that some people weren't even able to look at it because it had a bidding war. We received even more than we put it on the market for in less than a day. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable with the market and trends and it is a big credit to him for getting our house sold so quickly. We sold our house over the winter months and the Myers team also had a great idea to take photos in the fall when we started to think about buying a new house. We put on a very nice/large deck onto our house and it is a big selling point of the house. Without their keen thinking, this wouldn't have been evident if they waited to take photos in the winter time. It also would not have been evident during a walk through with snow covering the deck. We couldn't have asked for an easier process than what the Myers team provided us. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

He knows the market very well and always gives us things that we may not have thought about previously before making the ultimate decision to buy a house. He doesn't want to just sell you a house - he wants you to choose the right one and be happy for years to come in it. He is very patient and showed us several houses before we ultimately chose the right fit for our family. He keeps our best interest in mind. He was also great with our children and enjoyed having them on our housing tours. Century 21 is incredibly lucky to have him.

We were always in the driver's seat and they guided us through the entire process and always kept in touch with us to let us know what the next step was going to be. As a bonus, we even sold the house for more money than all of us expected!!! Boom goes the dynamite!! Keep up the stellar work y'all!!
