My son recommended Scott Pearson as a broker as he had previously worked with him purchasing a piece of lake property. He said he was very good, and easy to work with. We agree. It was a pleasure to work with Scott. Because Scott had worked with land sales in the region around Walker, MN, he was able to give us guidance regarding the value of hunting land. We were pretty excited to find the land for sale, and would have not negotiated as well without his advice. In addition, our initial purchase was to include 4 parcels of land, but because of land access, we ended up having two separate purchases and negotiations with the seller. We truly appreciated Scott's calm demeanor with these negotiations. He kept assuring us this was just a normal process. My husband and I were impatient to get our negotiations finished after the initial purchase agreement was not accepted by our bank. The seller was VERY slow in giving responses, and when they told us another buyer may be interested, we were frustrated. Several times on a weekend, we communicated with Scott. He very kindly researched and found other properties for sale in which we might be interested. He gave us options we hadn't considered. Because of Scott's expertise, our final purchase price was thousands less than the original purchase agreement we had signed. Scott Pearson guided our entire purchase, answered questions day, night and on weekends, gave sound advice on the value of property, gave us options when our initial purchase was cancelled, and made sure we had all the correct paperwork and understood the terms. For those reasons, we highly recommend Scott Pearson as a realtor.
