Buyer reviewWe did most of the transactions from out of state and Scott was always available by phone and email for questions, guidance and help making local arrangements. He was very understanding of our situation with two partners living in different states and the restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic. We dealt directly with Scott for the entire transaction. Scott did a great job and we would highly recommend him for anyone needing a real estate agent in the Bemidji Minnesota.

Seller reviewMark Dickinson runs a reputable company which is highly respected in our community. We have known Mark for years when he sold us our house 19 years ago. Mark continued to stay in touch with us over the past 19 years. I would not have gone with any other real estate agency in the area. Scott Pearson is a people person and seemed to prefer to meet face to face with us rather than over the phone or by email. He worked extremely hard for us and got our house sold! One example; he called & let us know lawn needed mowing at house & as we didnt know anyone who could do this for us, he took care of it.
