Buyer reviewI thought that buying a home would be very stressful, having heard the experiences of my family and friends. However i can honestly say that at no point did I ever feel anything other than excitement about the purchase, no stress whatsoever. I knew Sean Harper was looking after my interest as if they were his own, and was able to clearly explain the process to me in ways that I understood without overloading me with too much information. I cannot imagine a purchase going easier. Sean's friendly and approachable and from our first interactions I had the upmost confidence in his ability to get me the best deal possible and close quickly. His upbeat positive energy is contagious, and it's shown through his interactions with fellow realestate agents, inspectors, brokers, and sellers. Sean is a straightshooter and trustworthy which, are traits I value above all and was one of the reasons I was so happy to have him as my agent.

Seller reviewSean is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was very good about explaining everything in a manner we could understand. The sales process could not have possibly gone any better. The house was literally on the market for 2 days. We received multiple offers and got $20,000 above asking price. Sean was made for sales. He receives excellent in all these categories. He makes you feel like your transaction is the single most important thing. You are his priority. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. I cannot thank Sean and his staff at Jordan-Link enough! This experience has been a huge blessing to my family.
