Seller reviewI highly recommend Sean Harper to be the seller of your home. Sean took the time to walk me through the sales process. From start to finish. I called him often, possibly daily. I texted him often, possibly daily. I wanted to be aware of the next steps even though, he already went through them with me. I just wanted more clarification and he provided it. His team was repsonsible and respectful of my time as I am working as well. The photographer was amazing. The guidance provided on how to get the house ready for shows was spot on. I can clearly say that I never felt like my agent was just in it for the money. Sean is a quirky-fun kind of personality. He did well to read the room when I wasn't in a quirky kind of mood. I think this is valuable during the many types of communication you have when going through this process. I recommend Sean Harper and his team!
