The things I enjoy in my downtime include cross country skiing, I am an avid gardener, this is my favorite thing to do! I also reading new books and cooking. I enjoy being out on Chautauqua Lake boating and Kayaking. I just love the outdoors and Chautauqua County provides all of these wonderful outdoor activities year round.

I have been a consistent recipient of the Chautauqua Cattaraugus County Board of Realtors Presidential award from 2008 each and every year of my real estate career. This recognizes outstanding performance. I was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year Award in 2012 which is an award bestowed upon an individual by their peers. I have also received different awards from Century 21 for outstanding performance and customer service.

I am very committed to my community. I belong to many clubs and organizations, and do volunteer service work in my community. I am a board member of Creche, I chair the fall rummage sale that benefits children in Chautauqua County. I volunteer for the Evergreen foundation where all funds raised stay right here in Chautauqua County. I am a past President of Lakewood Womens club and I also chair the membership committee for the Chautauqua Cattaraugus County board of Realtors. I believe in giving back to our community.

I specialize in residential properties. I enjoy working with first time home buyers, those looking to downsize and everyone in between. I enjoy vacation home buyers as well as I am very fond of Chautauqua Lake and all is has to offer.

She is very very hardworking. She has great listings and sells good homes and in good neighborhoods for her clients. I am very pleased with Sharon because she really goes above and beyond for her clients by always answering her phone and working one on one to select the home you want. She is deeply devoted to her job and works very hard, no matter what...rain or shine. She does a lot for her clients and listens to us when we need more advise or more listings. She is wonderful!

She properly advised us with what changes we should make to make our property more appealing. She was also very focused on marketing our home, as if ours was the only one she was handling.
