Shawn Hornsby is very detailed and worked with my wife and I in ways to improve the valuation of our house prior to selling it. He provided recommendations on what improvements would provide the best added value to our home. He even assisted us with picking out paint colors that would be most appropriate. You can tell that Shawn loves his job and makes himself available 24/7. He put together a comprehensive analysis of the value of our house based on other similar homes that had recently sold in the area. He then came up with a value for our home and a recommendation on how to price it, present it, and list it with a description that would attract attention. Our home was listed on Friday. By the following Monday we had 7 offers with 6 over the asking price. Our home was under contract that Monday evening and we closed on it the following month. The whole experience with Shawn Hornsby was easy and seamless for us. He took care of making sure everything went smoothly throughout the whole process.
