We rented a house about 5 years ago when we returned to Morris and Shawn was the agent. We always kept him in mind and figured when we decided to buy, we'd call him. I attempted talking to some realtors I saw looking through houses online but they just didn't seem, personable. After a couple of days I called Shawn and within a a couple of days it was all settled on a house. Long story short, the first house my family looked at with Shawn, we're moving into today. As a side note, my 8 year old son has some social anxiety around new people, very shy. It usually takes 3 or 4 visits with people before he talks to them. When Shawn took us to the showing, within 10 minutes, my son was already inviting him over to fish at the house. We were pretty shocked at how well he got along with him, and knew we made the right call on an realtor. To me, that speaks volumes about a person. Great experience from start to finish with Shawn. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house, and especially if they want someone with local knowledge.
