As stated previously, Shawn Hornsby is, by far, one of (if not) the best realtors in Grundy County. He was patient, knowledgeable and prompt to return phone calls and never late for an appointment. I am so thankful for having Mr.Hornsby as my realtor. This is the 1st house I buy and as any new customer, had no idea of what I was getting into. At the beginning I was anxious due to my lack of knowledge in the process but Mr. Hornsby was extremely polite, gentle, and patient and explained everything to me as we went through. He walked me through several houses and never complained that we were taking too much time and never pushed me into buying any of them, it was the opposite, he wanted to show me more until I was completely sure of what I wanted. You have no idea how good he was (and still is even though we closed already and still keeps answering my questions). He explained to me every detail there was about the business and I followed all his suggestions to ensure a good transaction. He recommended the best, in my true opinion, contacts for the closing. He made me feel very very comfortable throughout the whole process. Although buying a home is a stressful step, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience because Mr. Hornsby was outstanding in every aspect. I am so thankful. My family has the best home there is and Mr. Hornsby and his family will always be welcomed in my house!
