He was helpful in focusing on the appealing aspects of the home. He suggested waiting until the yard and surrounding gardens were in full foliage before marketing was instituted and I believe this was paramount in the outcome. I was a little more anxious to start the procedure, but the quick response proved that his knowledge paid off!
