I am a full time REALTOR® who believes in customer service. It is my desire that each of my clients feel like they are the only client I have. I have been in the real estate industry since 1995. Originally from Texas, my husband and I moved to Enterprise, Alabama in 2003. I have grown to love Enterprise and now call Alabama my home…which is something for a Texas girl to say. I truly love lower Alabama and I know you will love it too. I am very active in my local and state REALTOR® Associations. In 2016, I had the honor of serving as the Alabama Association of REALTORS® State President. With membership of over 15,000 strong, my time of service meant I had to depend on other members of my Century 21 Regency Realty team. It was a little difficult for me because I am a "hands on" REALTOR®. When asked why I served, since it was a volunteer position, it was because of my love for my industry. How could I not give back to the industry that I loved so very much? I truly enjoyed my time of service, meeting so many wonderful REALTORS® across the state, but was never happier than when I could dive back into my own business again. I believe with things always changing, it is important that I stay knowledgeable about my industry and the changes that take place on a regular basis. Education and keeping up to date is big. I have my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) & GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. I am certified with USAA to help their members in their relocation process. With over 20 years of experience, I still enjoy meeting new people and find each day exciting and rewarding. In this business, experience truly does matter. Buyer reviewWe sold our previous home with Shawn and she is simply a pleasure to work with. There was never a doubt in our minds she was who we would be calling when we were ready to purchase again. Shawn always had any info we needed on hand or was able to acquire information very quickly and get back with us in a timely manor. Often within minutes. Shawn was available at all hours of the day, any day of the week. She always made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with. Even though I know there were a couple times we inconvenienced her with appointments not lining up properly, she never made us feel bad about it. Simply put, Shawn Reeves rocks and she's our go to Realtor!
