I am a full time REALTOR® who believes in customer service. It is my desire that each of my clients feel like they are the only client I have. I have been in the real estate industry since 1995. Originally from Texas, my husband and I moved to Enterprise, Alabama in 2003. I have grown to love Enterprise and now call Alabama my home…which is something for a Texas girl to say. I truly love lower Alabama and I know you will love it too. I am very active in my local and state REALTOR® Associations. In 2016, I had the honor of serving as the Alabama Association of REALTORS® State President. With membership of over 15,000 strong, my time of service meant I had to depend on other members of my Century 21 Regency Realty team. It was a little difficult for me because I am a "hands on" REALTOR®. When asked why I served, since it was a volunteer position, it was because of my love for my industry. How could I not give back to the industry that I loved so very much? I truly enjoyed my time of service, meeting so many wonderful REALTORS® across the state, but was never happier than when I could dive back into my own business again. I believe with things always changing, it is important that I stay knowledgeable about my industry and the changes that take place on a regular basis. Education and keeping up to date is big. I have my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) & GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. I am certified with USAA to help their members in their relocation process. With over 20 years of experience, I still enjoy meeting new people and find each day exciting and rewarding. In this business, experience truly does matter. Buyer reviewShawn Reeves was wonderful to work with. Perhaps the best thing about working with Shawn Reeves was that she listened. Didn't show us properties over our budget. Only showed properties with the qualities we wanted (even as we changed them once or twice). She was also extremely helpful in the loan process and all the stuff that mortgage companies require these days. Would have lost our minds without her help. We would recommend her highly.

Seller reviewI've worked with 4 other brokers in the past couple years buying/selling 3 different properties. 2/3 were remote sales, like this one, requiring extra communication to complete the sale. Shawn blew them all out of the water. I now have a new, higher expectation of quality and professionalism in all real estate brokers going forward. Shawn was referred to me from a friend who was equally impressed. I was able to contact her and get the ball rolling on selling my property while taxiing for takeoff on a business trip. She's that efficient! Shawn's market report, and explanation of her analysis were clear and helpful, as were her notes during negotiations. She contracted photos for the sale that were professionally done, and quickly posted the listing. Her open house brought a flood of buyers, with an above offer sale in <48 hrs. She handled closing efficiently, clearly stating what was needed from us and when. My only concern is being disappointed with every broker I work with after her.
