I am a full time REALTOR® who believes in customer service. It is my desire that each of my clients feel like they are the only client I have. I have been in the real estate industry since 1995. Originally from Texas, my husband and I moved to Enterprise, Alabama in 2003. I have grown to love Enterprise and now call Alabama my home…which is something for a Texas girl to say. I truly love lower Alabama and I know you will love it too. I am very active in my local and state REALTOR® Associations. In 2016, I had the honor of serving as the Alabama Association of REALTORS® State President. With membership of over 15,000 strong, my time of service meant I had to depend on other members of my Century 21 Regency Realty team. It was a little difficult for me because I am a "hands on" REALTOR®. When asked why I served, since it was a volunteer position, it was because of my love for my industry. How could I not give back to the industry that I loved so very much? I truly enjoyed my time of service, meeting so many wonderful REALTORS® across the state, but was never happier than when I could dive back into my own business again. I believe with things always changing, it is important that I stay knowledgeable about my industry and the changes that take place on a regular basis. Education and keeping up to date is big. I have my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) & GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. I am certified with USAA to help their members in their relocation process. With over 20 years of experience, I still enjoy meeting new people and find each day exciting and rewarding. In this business, experience truly does matter. Buyer reviewSo glad we were referred to Shawn Reeves. I don't think we could ever go with another agent or office. From the first phone call she made us feel like we were great friends. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the local area and helped us get a feel for the neighborhoods we were looking. One of the things that stood out to me about Shawn was that we put schools at the top of our list and though Shawn didn't have any children in school, she asked a half dozen or so friends about the schools to get us in the best neighborhood we could find.
