Seller reviewShea did an excellent job. It didn't seem to matter what time of day it was, she had answers. She definitely knows how to get the job done and in a timely fashion at that. Shea contacted me about my lot and I was hesitant at first mainly because I received about 15 calls from other realtors trying to do the same, except this time it was a text and that made it easier for me while I was at work to simply respond to that. I asked a few questions such as what her sales had been recently on vacant lots and such and she answered promptly with all the details included. I figured okay what's the worst that can happen, the lot doesn't sell within 30 days and I move on? So I signed on with her and literally within 4 hours of her posting the ad I received a full asking price offer which I didn't think would happen. It was well worth it considering I was trying to sell on my own for a few weeks with no luck. Whatever she did she did a great job of doing haha.
