Seller reviewI reside outside the State of Florida. As the Trustee of a family trust which needed to sell remotely a condominium owned by the trust I was referred to Shea by a family member who was a retired real estate agent in Cape Coral. I checked Shea's reviews from previous clients and retained her services. She's extremely professional and trustworthy. She responds promptly to communications( within 24 hrs). She gave good advice on pricing and marketing in the very difficult Florida condo real estate market. She presented multiple offers. While it took over a year to reach a contract on acceptable terms with a buyer this was due to the market condition. We were able to sell the property with all family members being satisfied. Shea will be working for you all the way whether you are buying or selling.
