Sherry Howell did a wonderful job with all the coordination of inspections, coordinating the closing, and helping me understand the whole process each step of the way, and working with the selling team. She was flexible with her time, as I was working the entire process while overseas. Sherry ticked all the boxes for me that I would expect of a real estate agent with knowledge, professionalism, and approach-ability. It was a joy working with her throughout the entire process, and she made me feel very welcome upon arriving to North Carolina. I can tell she is a person of great character, and someone who loves what she does! Honestly, I feel spoiled as my first time buying a home and working with a real estate agent, because it all felt so simple, clear and too easy! I know that shows that a lot of work is going on in the background on my behalf, and I am very grateful!

My agent, Mrs. Shery Howell, is a dedicated agent. She was ready to help me. I drove 123miles to Winterville from Hope Mills NC. I did not have time to waste. When I met her, she had information I needed. She was very professional. I liked the fact that she knew the houses I like and the ones I did not. She helped me understand the process. When it was time to make final decisions, She encouraged me and said it is up to you. I thank her for her guidance. I absolutely recommend her. I was glad to see her at my closing on Aug23,2021.
