Seller reviewWe never interacted with anyone from the Realty Group other than Sherry. She handled everything personally. She was on top of every aspect of this sale. Within 24 hours, Sherry made us feel as if we had known her for 20 years. All communications were clear and concise. Buyer reviewMy wife and I sold our home of 20 years in Virginia and decided to move to North Carolina. We worked with real estate agents recommended by our lender, Rocket Mortgage. As a result, we worked with agents all over the state. Some were good, but Sherry Howell was by far the best. Sherry knows here region and the market. She likes being a realtor and works hard and uses every tool available to communicate with you, your finance team and other realtors. She seems to answer texts before you send them. While you know she is incredibly busy, you always feel like you are her only client. Once we selected our new home, she quickly brought her team together for the inspections and closing. Sherry spent multiple days with us between Kinston and Mount Olive, NC. Each visit affirmed our confidence in her ability to size up homes. Her team respects her and her work ethic. You feel it when you work with the inspectors, the closing team and our finance company. They know when they work with Sherry that everything will be done correctly. What a great introduction to North Carolina! We would not consider working with anyone other than Sherry in the future.
