Hi, I'm Sherry Kupper -a full-time REALTOR® with Century 21 Select Real Estate and a proud Oakdale resident since 1997. With over 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in California's Central Valley, I've built my business on relationships, trust, and delivering results .

My professional journey began as a certified shorthand reporter in the Bay Area (1989-1998) before moving to Oakdale for a better quality of life. In December 1999, I earned my real estate license and have proudly been with Century 21 ever since. Alongside my real estate career, I've given back to the community-serving on the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors , as a past CVAR Chairman for Oakdale , and coaching cheerleading at Oakdale High School and Junior High School for over a decade.
I work as part of a husband-and-wife team with Jim Kupper , Broker Associate, whose finance and lending background adds even more value for our clients. Seller reviewSherry's marketing plan using a professional photographer to highlight the unique features of the property was critical to our decision. Sherry also impressed us with her knowledge of the real estate market and sales process. For signage, Sherry ordered custom signage highlighting the lake frontage and other special features. Sherry did an excellent job leading us through the sales process from beginning to end. All aspects of our relationship with Sherry were professional with excellent follow to any questions or concerns we had. For all the excellent reasons listed above, we will use Sherry as our real estate agent for any future purchases or sales within her area. We tried three different real estate agencies to sell our house. Sherry was by far a superior real estate agent. She was always accessible by phone, email or text, responding immediately to our questions and concerns. Her willingness to hire a professional photographer resulted in much better presentation of the home as compared to other agents using their phone cameras with inferior results.

Seller reviewSelling my home came at a very stressful time but Sherry took care of everything! It was the easiest experience I could've imagined. Not only did she sell my home in an extremely short time frame she took the time out of her own day to make sure that I was understanding the whole process. She was truly a blessing to have during that time in my life. Sherry deserves a 12/10 and I HIGHLY recommend her to all buyers and sellers. If you want someone to really be there for you during the whole process then you need Sherry as your agent!

Buyer reviewSherry was recommended to us by our daughter-in-law as they are friends. Sherry is also involved in the community with cheer in which both our granddaughters also participate. Sherry was excellent in showing us the houses that met our criteria and always available to meet us when we were in town. Texting back and forth played a big role in our communication. Sherry was very patient and walked us through the buying process (much of which was on-line) very easily. The whole process really went pretty smoothly. We would definitely recommend Sherry to others if the occasion arises.

Seller reviewSherry Kupper is simply fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and trustworthy which is essential in financial business, but she is also kind, patient, and understanding. The reason I had to sell my home wasn't a pleasant one and I expected the process itself to add the stress I was already under. Instead, she made what could have been a very painful situation so much easier. (not to mention she sold my house in a New York minute!!) She was so well organized, responsive, and discreet, I honestly didn't have to spend any emotional energy worrying about it.
