Extremely patient and willing to spend the time to make sure we understand everything we needed to know. Sherry completely understood what marketing works and what is vanity marketing for the neighbors. We only used the effective techniques. No matter be would promise our results but we essentially had a one day sale. Put it on the market, had viewings tge first day and a full priced offer the next. Sherry's invaluable knowledge of how to set up the house for showing is impressive. I know. We make her sound like a saint. She is very normal and easy to relate to. Definately knows her stuff. Not her 1st rodeo!
