Seller reviewStacie contacted me out of the blue, as did other agents, when we listed our Afton property as FSBO, and were not looking to list with an agent/company at that time. Stacie asked if she could stop by the property and take a look at the work we have been doing over the past year, and we agreed. When we met, she handed a package over and had a complete analysis of the area, what's been selling, time on the market that was specifically tailored to our Afton house and neighborhood. We were immediately impressed with her going over and above for our initial meeting, with about a snowball's chance in hell of us listing with anyone. By the end of the tour, she had essentially moved a mountain! We were so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, outgoing personality and overall drive, we knew that if we were going to list with anybody, it was going to be with Stacie! We signed the agreement about a day later and Stacie's same magic that won us over, sold our house in record time!!!

Seller reviewMy Husband and I wanted to sell our house and Stacie owned an Airbnb across the street with a Century 21 sign out front in Ashtabula. So I walked over to speak to her and decided to hire her! She came to my home and gave a few suggestions on minor things we could work on to get the most money for our home. She had an open house which had a good turn out and she also promoted it on different social media platforms. Our house did not take long to sell thanks to Stacie! We are overall very satisfied. We appreciate Stacie for all of the help and guidance she has given us. She is very intelligent, very helpful and overall a very great person and very great realtor!
