She completely understood and had the patience to answer every single one of them! She introduced me to a new program that helped me finance the home and seemed to know the areas we were looking to buy in extremely well! Stacie was kind and helpful throughout the full process and we will be recommending her to anyone else who may be looking to buy a home as well! Stacie helped me purchase the home I wanted with an additional clause. Without this, we actually wouldn't have had the highest offer. Stacie was knowledgeable and explained that process to us, which helped us buy the home we wanted! Stacie is kind, helpful, and very patient! She helped us throughout the full process, even helping to find answers to questions outside of her scope of expertise. We couldn't be more grateful!

Buyer reviewStacie went the extra mile in every possible way. Anything and everything i needed and many things i didn't know I needed she was right on top of it. I am very new to the process and very insecure and she was so patient and clear and took care of me. I am moving from out of state and could not be there, she took me through the house virtually and was extremely thorough. She took videos of final walkthrough I would barely know I wasn't there she made it feel like I was, I highly recommend Stacie Cashbaugh!!!! In Summary, there was nothing I could imagine needing that Stacie didn't do! If you are looking for the Perfect Real estate agent whether you are buying or selling go with Stacie Cashbaugh and you will not be disappointed! Stacie was ALWAYS available and helpful and I would have been lost without her

Stacie made sure to check in with us mutiple times to see how things were going, gave lots of tips and kept us on track for a fast closing date. 10/10 I would refer my friends and family to use Stacie when purchasing a home.
