Life is complicated. The real estate process doesn't have to be. I will be there from start to finish to handle all the details of your transaction. I take pride in my attention to detail and caring for the needs of my clients and would consider it a privilege to help you realize your real estate dreams. I have called NW Florida home for 30 years. I am an alumni of the University of West Florida having graduated with a degree in Psychology and remain involved in the community, volunteering my time with the Santa Rosa County School District, Ronald McDonald House, the Back Pack Program, the Pensacola Association of Realtors and Habitat for Humanity just to name a few. My family and roots are here and I am personally invested in promoting the continued development of this beautiful community; in addition to offering a hands-on approach to real estate and my commitment to giving back. I have an extensive background in finance and mortgage related products. This combination makes me uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers with finding the best real estate solutions. I am also a Certified Financial Counselor with experience in remedial, preventative and productive counseling, budgeting and spending. Buyer reviewWe met Stephanie after calling about a house on a yard sign. We didn't get that particular house, but we immediately liked Stephanie and trusted her to have our best interests in mind. Once we met her, we knew she would be the one to find a house for us. Stephanie was knowledgeable about what we should offer, and was quick to get our offer in. We were able to purchase the house at the price point where we wanted to be. She set up an inspection quickly and did a walk through for us prior to closing. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house in our price range. She responded quickly when we had questions, and she set up showings for us quickly when we found houses that we wanted to look at. We never had to wait for an answer from her. She was always responsive.
