Life is complicated. The real estate process doesn't have to be. I will be there from start to finish to handle all the details of your transaction. I take pride in my attention to detail and caring for the needs of my clients and would consider it a privilege to help you realize your real estate dreams. I have called NW Florida home for 30 years. I am an alumni of the University of West Florida having graduated with a degree in Psychology and remain involved in the community, volunteering my time with the Santa Rosa County School District, Ronald McDonald House, the Back Pack Program, the Pensacola Association of Realtors and Habitat for Humanity just to name a few. My family and roots are here and I am personally invested in promoting the continued development of this beautiful community; in addition to offering a hands-on approach to real estate and my commitment to giving back. I have an extensive background in finance and mortgage related products. This combination makes me uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers with finding the best real estate solutions. I am also a Certified Financial Counselor with experience in remedial, preventative and productive counseling, budgeting and spending. Buyer review????? When I say my realtor went above and beyond, I really mean it-she married me first. Stephanie didn't just help me find the perfect 15 acres of land, she also made sure I had someone to share it with forever. Talk about full-service! From the first viewing to the final signature, she handled everything with professionalism, poise, and just the right amount of "I told you so." Negotiating land deals AND dinner plans? This woman can do it all. Some may say it's biased to review your spouse, but I say: if you're going to spend the rest of your life with someone, shouldn't they at least be a 5-star realtor?
