As a Middlesex County native, Stephanie Geist truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services. Stephanie is a third generation real estate agent. Her grandmother started in the business back in 1956 and opened Sylvia Geist Agency in 1973. Stephanie's father, Robert Geist is the current broker of record for the company, and co-owner with his brother, Christopher Geist.
Stephanie studied psychology and economics at Rutgers University. She then went on to complete Real Estate School and has been selling real estate since 2011. In that short period, Stephanie has become a multiple year recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award (only achieved by a small percentage of Realtors in the area).

Seller reviewI felt very comfortable with Stephanie immediately upon showing the house. She seemed both knowledgeable and more importantly was empathetic of my situation (selling my mom's home - my childhood home - while she is in assisted living and I live almost 2 hours away in northeast PA). Stephanie could not have been better. I especially appreciate how she understood my feelings and allowed me to "shoot for the moon" with my first asking price even though it was a little too high. She was not pushy about it and within two weeks I realized that she was right and we adjusted the price accordingly. I ended up with a sale price that I was very happy with thanks to her patience with me.

Seller reviewAlthough fairly new at her career, Stephanie had a great disposition and a determined Commitment to us. We really felt that she was our team leader and exhausting herself to answer every question and respond to every need and request. Stéphanie came forward with a client before we ever listed and that client became our buyer in a very short time. I couldn't be more satisfied working with anyone else. Stéphanie proved to be an excellent choice. No regrets. Customer for life. The sale was so quick did not even have much opportunity to engage with other staff. Stéphanie covered us from A to Z. Again most of our dealings were with Stephanie. She handled every thing to our greatest expectations.
