As a Middlesex County native, Stephanie Geist truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services. Stephanie is a third generation real estate agent. Her grandmother started in the business back in 1956 and opened Sylvia Geist Agency in 1973. Stephanie's father, Robert Geist is the current broker of record for the company, and co-owner with his brother, Christopher Geist.

Stephanie studied psychology and economics at Rutgers University. She then went on to complete Real Estate School and has been selling real estate since 2011. In that short period, Stephanie has become a multiple year recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award (only achieved by a small percentage of Realtors in the area).

Dealing with the Geist Agency and Stephanie was for most part very painless. There is always bumps in the road and she was very professional when we came across these bumps. It was an emotion sale with this being the house my parents purchase the year before I was born and grew up in. Stephanie understood my emotions and did not exert any pressure during the emotional times.

I was really at a loss about selling a house...I'd lived at 10 Merrill for more than 40 years. Bob Geist was a godsend. His manner is friendly but professional. He answered every question with patience and better yet, solved every problem that arose, advised me on important steps to take, and always told me the truth. The house sold in a week and for the asking price. I am dazzled. Once my decision to place the house on the market with Geist was made and contract signed, the wheels starting turning. I could see how hard everyone at Geist was working for me. Stephanie was always available when I had questions. I could not be more pleased with the results. I always felt as though I was in good hands For the average person, selling a house is a really big deal and having a professional at your side to guide and help make decisions really eases the way. The Agency Geist was great. And Stephanie and Bob are the best. I've recommended them to many of my friends and members of my family

Stephanie Geist was able to dedicate time and energy to the home purchase I was making when I could not or was unavailable. This purchase became very stressful in the end (due to reasons out of our control) and she navigated our setbacks like a pro. She was patient when I was not, logical when I couldn't be, and informed when I clearly was not as a first time home buyer. I could give a long winded reason as to why anyone else should work with her, but the fact of the matter is that it is difficult to find an agent who has your best interest in mind, and I felt that she really did care about providing guidance that was in my best interest rather than something that would only be beneficial to one party. 10 out of 10.
