Buyer reviewHaving local knowledge is critical. However understanding my needs and how that applies locally is what makes a fantastic transaction. We bought this house site unseen and closed remotely. Stephanie was our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond on many occasions. Since I had two transactions going on at once, I would get the details mixed up and she never let me slip up and kept me straight throughout the whole process. Stephanie treated us like we were family or old friends. She was never rushed, always answered the phone went to great lengths to be sure we had what we needed and most importantly understood what we needed. It really felt like family. I haven't done many of these types of transactions but this one was exceptionally easy. It was quick, everyone was helpful and nice. The details were always right and the automation of it made it painless. Stephanie treated us like family. That means she took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. Then she looked out for our interests like she would her own. She knew every detail BEFORE it happened and was always one step ahead and perfectly prepared.

She contacted the agent that was selling my home in north Florida and arranged everything to coordinate simultaneously. She arranged the closing companies to work together here and up there. She suggested they transfer the funds for me which saved so much time and effort. She helped me with advice and people to assist me after moving in with some issues that I wanted to change. I am so grateful for her skills in negotiating and coordinating everything perfectly. I truly do not know what I would have done without her.

Seller reviewNever Ever had to worry about anything. Stephanie was a pro and always available. She recommended Contractors for some minor repairs. I had to move before closing so she basically took over. She and the title company set up a mobile closer, she also set up a professional cleaning service for me. She checked on my property constantly and met with all the contractors. She even sold some furniture for me that I left behind. I still have been relying on her, she set me up with a realtor where I was transferring to and they worked together to find me the perfect home. I don't know what I would have done without her. Thank You Stephanie for being The Best.

Buyer reviewStephanie was referred to me by a friend. Because of my friend, I immediately dropped any thought of using another person. Stephanie was and is truly amazing. She took all of my needs into consideration and told me all about my new home and neighborhood. She is very knowledgeable about the area as well as constructions of the homes.I felt and still feel I was in good hands. From start to finish, Stephanie was there. Because I was purchasing the home and not living in Florida, Stephanie went beyond what most agents would do and she is still doing it. I've purchased several homes before this but Stephanie is still helping me. I'm pretty sure Stephanie has a lot of clients but I felt that I was the only one. As far as communication, I never had to wait very long for a response from her. If she couldn't talk with me immediately, she would let me know when she could get back to me. I never had to worry about anything with Stephanie and in fact, she is still holding my hand. I don't think I could have made this purchase with anyone else BUT Stephanie. She truly has been amazing. All I can say is if anyone is using anyone else BUT Stephanie, I feel really bad for them.
