Buyer reviewStephanie impressed us when we were looking because we had certain items that we had to have to move & she would know the houses that would work as well as the ones that neither of us would even consider. But I have to say that no matter how impressed we were with her when looking for the house we were even more impressed with Stephanie with everything she did at the Closing. She made sure everything was in place before the closing. Stephanie worked double time picking up the slack of the of the sellers realtor to make sure everything kept moving like it was supposed to. Day of closing was a little different for sure but so glad she was there for us even after we signed the papers. She was the BEST!

Seller reviewStephanie Sessions was the realtor that my parents dealt with in the summer of 2016. When they passed and the sale of their house fell on me I called out to her. She remembered them and was touched to be able to help me with the sale. Stephanie helped in every way she could during the whole process. Since I live in Texas it made it difficult to be there every step of the way. Stephanie filled in where I could t be there. This helped me out tremendously. She made the process manageable throughout the whole transaction. I feel she was able to get top dollar for the home in a very short time. I feel her hard work and knowledge makes her a top realtor in the market and will recommend her to all I know in the area.
