Stephanie not only recommended contractors in the area, but went out of her way to arraign entry of the premises to contractors for upgrade estimates prior to purchase! Her reputation is greater than sterling silver. One vendor provided a $400 realtor discount for the referral Miss Simmonds caries integrity beyond measure. Her abilities and expertise exceeded expectation. Her care and consideration to this satisfied customer is greatly appreciated... certainly will not be forgotten.
