Seller reviewMy dad passed away and I had to sell hi manufactured/mobile home. I knew it needed some work, but I wasn't willing to put work or muchoney into it. I had no idea how to go about selling it. I spoke with one other realtor before Stephanie, and she gave the run around. I spoke with Stephanie, we met at dad's, she told me what I needed to do, I got it all done with the help of family, amd we got it on the market. Sadly it was a bad time list a home in a 55 and over community, but we got it sold nonetheless! She was in touch every step of the way, and she was always there was I reached out!
