She was always patient with me and encouraging all through a process that took six months to complete, with one setback after another along the way. And, she is not finished with me yet, even though we closed a month ago. I live out of state, so I still email her for information and advice. I feel as though she is still there for me ... and probably will be until I finally get settled in.

She always makes the effort to overcome any issues that present themselves and she's willing to learn the different kinds of programs that are available, like the first time buyer program I used that she had never dealt with before. She's not afraid of constructive feedback and applied or changed what was necessary. Despite the holidays and her need to be gone several times during our interaction, we were always able to reach each other by phone or email. I have enjoyed working with Stephanie and I would definitely recommend her to friend or family because I know she would do her best to find the perfect home for them and be there through the entire process.

Buyer reviewStephanie Simmonds is a great agent to work with. I was impressed with her dedication in getting things done. I ended purchasing a vacation house 5 hours away from my home and I am incredibly thankful for her flexibility and creativity in assisting in completing the transaction. Although I was not local to get things done this was not an obstacle for Stephanie and made the transaction less stressful by assisting and making herself available to complete steps necessary to complete the purchase. I highly recommend Stephanie and look forward to work with her again in the near future.
