I knew she would listen and comprehend the scope of our requirements and work diligently to find us a home in a timely manner, which she did. Stephanie is prompt with follow up, always on time, clear with communication and held our needs as a top priority, assisting from start to finish, going above and beyond normal expectations for a realtor. She even did video walk throughs with us when we were out of state. We were never left worrying with regards to process. Stephanie provided updates and guidance, as well as information about surrounding areas. Stephanie was also very conscientious with regards to potential home issues. We felt very confident in her ability and enjoyed her consistent professionalism and pleasant demeanor. It's worth noting that Stephanie was not only pleasant and professional with us, but we also observed her behavior with others, which was top notch. Would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was so helpful and has followed up after closing to ensure we were satisfied or needed further assistance.
