Seller reviewIf I ever buy another house it will be through Stephanie Todd, I will also recoment her to anyone I know that is selling or buying. I had my house on the market about 6-7 years ago and Stephanie worked hard to sell it but the market was bad. She suggested a couple to rent it and they stayed 4 1/2 years followed by another person. We were so satisfied with Stephany that I called around until I found her at Century 21 Even when she went on vacation she left us with another agent so we never felt unable to get information. She was always prompt in emailing or answering my questions on the phone. She also calmed things down when the buyer and I did not see things eye to eye.
