He contacted us back that same day to get to know us and ask what we're looking for. While working with Stephen, he's very, VERY flexible with showings and he's amazing at booking showings for us whenever we see a house that we really liked. He was really patient, knowledgeable about the market, history of the houses, materials that was used to build the house, etc. Also, he paid very close attention to details during showings and would point things out to us that we didn't even noticed. He helped us with the entire process from showings until closing date. He made sure we won't end up with a house lesser than the value we paid for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
