He let us know when the best time was to sell and helped us get the most for our house. On top of that, he was aggressive enough to help secure a home for us that we thought we'd never be able to grab because it was always sold out a year in advance. Options weren't that great during our search, so we went several different routes and Stephen is very knowledgeable. We finally found a home FSBO and it actually was a home Stephen flipped before! Thankfully sellers were willingly to work with Stephen and he even offered to help us if they didn't! Stephen definitely surpassed all our expectations and made the process easy !
