Buyer reviewStephen was very thorough in his advice and the whole buying process. He was very easy to contacts knowledgeable and quick to return calls and available to go to look at houses. No question was too silly Stephen was very good at knowing the local business owners and help refer us to a great realtor and home insurance adviser. We saved a lot of money through referrals that he made. He also knew the areas quite well in which areas to stay away from. He did pay Very good attention to detail and saw a lot of the issues the inspector saw as well. I have already recommended Steven to friends and my father who might be interested in buying properties

Buyer reviewStephen Kue has been helping my mother-in-law search for houses for awhile now. I just tagged along with her and that is how i met Stephen. My wife and I started working with Stephen back in Jan. 8 2015. Stephen took me, my wife (Mee Xiong) and my in-laws to see the houses that we're interested. We saw all the houses and put in our first offer to the house we both like on Jan. 28 2015. Our offer was accepted the next day. Stephen helped managed and ordered all the home and septic tank inspections as well as taking a sample of the tap water and send to the lab. Stephen also let us know what we needed to do every step of the way. We were able to closed the house on March 9, 2015. My home searching and buying experiences with Stephen were very great and positive. Stephen is very responsive to my concerns and questions. That really help me make my decisions. He also provide his suggestions which are really helpful too. I would highly recommend Stephen Kue to families and friends. I want to thank Stephen Kue for his time and services.
