Steve was referred to me by veterans united. With all the snafus that happened on this house sale, I can truthfully say if not for Steve, i probably would not be living in my house, and had given up on owning a house. I bought the house sight unseen. Steve handled everything for me on the kebtucky side while I was still living in Minnesota. He was amazing, what ever you pay him, it is not enough. I'm a disabled veteran and he went above and beyond to make this happen I have to feel for Steve, my language can be colorful at normal times, let alone stressful times, and this was very stressful. He helped get answers from the loan officer then I think he did with the house selling aspect. My lender dropped the ball many many times, and steve recovered the fumble and brought it back for the touchdown. I would have given up on this process if it wasn't for him. My loan company wasn't telling me anything, and steve would get the information for me. He would tell me what the problem was, and what he had done to rectify it. If this was a star rating type system, I would give him 5 stars only because I couldn't give him 10 stars. I know I will always remember everything he did for me

Although we were brought together by circumstance, we could not have gotten a better broker. It seemed as though he was working for us at all times. Started out rocky, but after we switched lenders everything went great. Steve was great and was always on top of everything we needed to get the job done. Very personable, great sense of humor, just a good guy all around.
