We were first time home buyers so we were basically going into this process blindly because no one can prepare you for every little detail. Steve King was referred to us by our lender by luck. Thankfully he ended up being more than we had expected. Especially in this market, it seemed like organized chaos but Steve had a way of reassuring us daily that it would all work out and it did. He kept in contact with us, was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to go look at the places for us no matter where they were. He paid attention to exactly what we wanted and gave us his honest opinion about each place he went He went to open houses for us and took videos of the interior and exterior of the houses.
