Finding the right agent is no easy task. With so much competition in a hot Los Angeles market, my wife and I cycled through so many interviews. We first met Steven in Lakewood CA after reading amazing online reviews. Steven has 29+ years of experience and was currently representing several clients. On May 5th, Steven took pictures of my home at 3:30pm. At 5pm my home was online on the MLS. At 7pm of that same day we received our first offer $10,000 over asking price! By Tuesday May 10th we had 8 offers and on that same day my wife and I accepted an offer. This was unheard of! We immediately started to look for a replacement property and opened escrow on the sale of my home and opened escrow on the purchase of a replacement property within 2 days. That is correct! We had two escrows opened at the same time; Steven managed both flawlessly. Steven is the kind of agent that is ready to go to war for his clients; he is a shark! All the while, Steven never pressured us to bite off more than we could chew. Steven allowed us to make our own decisions and guided us with speed. Steven also has a large team of experts which results in accurate and fast results. My wife and I are fortunate to have met Steven and highly recommend him; we will hire Steven in the near future.

Steven is practically a father figure to me. At age 20, I was two years out of high school and in the working field. I had bad credit and never even considered buying a house at such a young age. Steven when out of his way to educate me in fixing my credit, saving my money and getting me prepared to become a first time home buyer. Six months later he was selling me my first property. He was able to get me a property for a great price and gave me recommendations on how to proceed in managing my property. Fast forward 8 years later, Steven just recently listed my property and had it sold in less than two weeks. Steven was able to answer all my questions and guided me through this whole experience. where do I start Steven once again did a great job. this is the 2nd property that I have bought from Steven and just like on the first deal he made the purchase of this home so easy. He went out of his way several times meeting me at late hours if I had a question or just wanted to pick his brain when I had doughts in buying the property. He never pressured me but what I found out was the most important thing is that he gave me plenty of information to make the right decision.
