I cannot praise Steven Pouliot enough! We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. We are first time home buyers and Steven helped us every step of the way and made sure we were always happy and comfortable with our choices. In this market we've heard all the stories about multiple offers and being outbid over and over again and we were prepared for that to happen. However, because Steven put together the best offer and we were able to bring things to the table our first and only offer was accepted! I honestly don't think we would have had our offer accepted that quickly without Steven. If the above dosen't convinced you to work with Steven Pouliot than this part should. I got Steven's contact info from my Aunt who bought her house with Steven over 30 years ago, so when I contacted him late afternoon on a friday I didn't expect to hear back from him until monday, but not only did he get right back to me, he was also able to get us into a showing a couple of hours later. He's based out of the Shelby office, but he was ready and willing to come all the way out to Harrison Township during rush hour on a stormy night to meet us and show us around a potential property. I could go on and on about Steven, for real I could, he is not only a great realtor he is also a great person who cares about his clients. Steven Pouliot for PRESIDENT!!!
