Buyer reviewSteve made my purchase experience WONDERFUL! This was the first time I bought a house on my own and I was really nervous. Steve made the decision making process and purchase easy and less "scary". He was responsive and checked in with me many times, even when it was unexpected. It was important to me to find a PROFESSIONAL real estate person - someone who was dedicated full time (not someone who sold real estate as a side job) and who possessed a depth of knowledge earned after many years in the industry. As I was moving to a new area I wanted to find someone who lived and worked in my desired area, who knew the neighborhoods I was looking in and their specific attributes. Steve was very highly recommended to me by my sister, who knows Steve through their kids' sports. His community involvement shows he is invested in the area where I wanted to move.
