Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the purchase and answered all questions immediately. As first time homebuyers, his expertise was indispensable and guided us through the process from start to finish, giving us the confidence to make our first purchase. We felt he always had our best interests in mind. Steve provided excellent recommendations and guidance in relation to entire purchase process: inspections, deadlines, surveys, etc. He was always available to answer questions (and we had A LOT of them) and did so pleasantly, thoroughly, and in a very timely manner. When searching for a phenomenal realtor, look no further than Steve Tamburello. Steve just helped us with both the selling and buying process, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. From our first meeting, Steve was a true professional. He was friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout our entire selling and home buying process, Steve was there for us. Any email, phone call, or text was answered quickly. He made himself available to us anytime we had a question, no matter the time of day or day of the week. When looking at homes, Steve pointed out selling points or possible concerns that we may have missed, and gave his true opinion without ever being pushy. In summary, you will not find a better realtor than Steve Tamburello. He is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent, and he's a super nice guy, too! We will certainly be recommending him to anyone looking for a superior selling or buying experience.

Steve was excellent. We were on the same page from the moment we discussed selling the house. Steve worked hard to get people through the door and made sure we got the best possible offer. My only regret is he can't be my agent in Florida as well. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone considering selling their home.

Steven was amazing from start to finish. We were originally interested in two totally different types of housing criteria and he helped us find options for both. He was super quick and efficient with getting us to see houses and gave professional input that was very valuable. Throughout the entire closing period, Steven was very quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. He was always nice, professional, and responsive. We are already recommending him to a family member! Steven was amazing and had every positive characteristic we were looking for in a realtor. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We are so happy that we had Steven and wouldn't consider anyone else in the future.

One of the main reasons we chose Steven was because of his manner, and we have absolutely no complaints. In fact, he even exceeded our expectations, often answering emails after hours when we weren't expecting response until the next day. I can't think of a single thing Steven could have done to make the experience better. It was as stress free as buying your first home could be and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking in his footprint.
