Despite multiple homes that failed inspection and a global pandemic, he led us through every step of the way calmly, even when we were panicking. Steve did an excellent job in recommending and achieving a sales price that was above expectations.He was insistent that he could sell at that price point and he delivered. Communication was timely and I was pleased with the strategy that was taken to bring the property to sale. Steve was patient and helpful in prepping the house for sale before a listing agreement was signed. He was patient for a couple of months while I finished the work. He also provided me with outside contractor recommendations that were critical. Very professional and focused on achieving the sale.
