Steve is expert in his negotiations with prospective buyers. He always provided good advice to me. He was attentive to the appearance of the property and forwarded all paperwork quickly with explanations as they were needed. When selling a property, the owner is looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, knows the area and accessible. Steve is all of these things. He has a lot of experience and seems to know the real estate business inside and out. Steve owns a home and lives locally so he understands the strengths of the market. In addition, Steve makes sure he is accessible by phone, text or email all of the time. If for some reason he is unavailable, he let me know ahead of time. Very good at his job and highly recommended!

As first time homebuyers we really didn't know much - just that the process could potentially be very stresssful and confusing. Steve made things very easy for us and answered all our questions. The whole process went very smoothly. Steve was very patient. At one point we felt bad because we must have looked at 50 properties. He was available whenever we needed him and always responded to texts and e-mails promptly. Steve even helped us and worked when he was on vacation. We couldn't have had a better experience. We will definitely contact Steve when it's time to sell our home.

Steven Tamburello was absolutely wonderful to work with as a buyer (and we are now working with him as a seller too.) While looking for our home Steven was patient and always available to show us homes that we were interested in. He would provide us with information about homes as they came on the market. One of the many things we appreciated about Steven was his knowledge about the entire home buying process and the areas we were looking at. His advice was valuable as we narrowed down our search zone. He was not a pushy salesmen, but really took time to make sure we found a great home that would meet our needs. Steven would respond to any correspondences in a quick, timely manner. Working with Steven, one could tell that he was detail oriented. One example of this was being proactive weeks before our closing at making sure our home inspection needs were taken care of. He was professional at all times, friendly, and always had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend working with Steven and would use his services again in the future if needed.
