Steve quickly reached out to us and was immediately sending us listing based on the criteria we specified for our next home. He worked diligently to schedule all the showings once we narrowed down the listings we were interested in. On the day of the viewings, Steve gave us plenty of time to examine each house and pointed out both features and drawbacks to each property which we would've missed without his attention to detail. When we did find a property we were interested in, Steve helped us create an offer which we could afford and addressed some of the concerns we had about the property. Steve helped us get the property at a price we could afford. When it came to the sales process, Steve helped to make sure that we completed all items on time and helped us to complete the settlement of the house on time and with no significant issues. We were very happy with Steve and would recommend him to our family and friends.

Steve is expert in his negotiations with prospective buyers. He always provided good advice to me. He was attentive to the appearance of the property and forwarded all paperwork quickly with explanations as they were needed. When selling a property, the owner is looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, knows the area and accessible. Steve is all of these things. He has a lot of experience and seems to know the real estate business inside and out. Steve owns a home and lives locally so he understands the strengths of the market. In addition, Steve makes sure he is accessible by phone, text or email all of the time. If for some reason he is unavailable, he let me know ahead of time. Very good at his job and highly recommended!
