Susan has a golden reputation throughout Denton as smart, hard working, knowledgeable, honest - and wonderful to work with. Susan was particularly helpful in helping and providing advice in the best way to prep the house for sale. It needed quite a bit of work, and my budget was limited - plus I have no expertise in this area. Had it not been for Susan, I feel I may have fallen prey to a unethical investor. Given that the Covid 19 shut down coincided with this property going to the market, I feel very fortunate to have had Susan on my side. Susan is the best!!
