Buyer reviewWe had been looking for a home on and off for about 4 years. We found one our neighborhood that was promising and decided to call Susan on Sunday afternoon. She responded so quickly and within a few hours she was showing us the property and asking questions about what our needs where. Turns out the property wasn't ideal but later that night she texted us three more options. The next morning she was showing us the home we went on to purchase. Her attentiveness to us, our needs and our schedule was remarkable. Once the offer was made she guided us smoothly through the process of getting to the closing (inspection, counter offers, financing, insurance, etc). Any time we had a question she responded promtly. Often, she seemed to atticipate our questions. Susan Cooksey is a true professional.
