She is a good listener and really had a great understanding of what we wanted. This led to a very efficient house search. She was very open about looking at houses we were interested in that may not have been on her list. She was very generous with her time. She was calm during stressful moments. She offers advice but does not force her opinion over your own. She is an excellent communicator. We always felt that we were in the loop and she was easy to reach we when needed her. We really can't say enough good things about her and highly recommend her to everyone.
