Seller reviewSusan was quick to respond and courteous. 2 important things since we live far away from the property we sold. Our sale had many ups and downs, and a lot of back and forth. Susan was always available and took care of a lot of the BS so we didn't have to travel too much. Pocono properties can take a long time to sell. Buyers aren't always stable and things fall through. If Susan wasn't excellent in all of the above areas we certainly wouldn't have stuck with and resigned with her.

During to closing Susan even sat with my girls while we signed all the papers we needed to. If any of my friends or family need a realtor we are definitely referring Susan Lare. Susan knew what houses would fit us and we owe having our home to her.
