Seller reviewThis is our second time using Susan Lare - as she was our Buyer broker for the same property we just sold. This time, Susan worked with Chris Bragg to form a great team. We cannot say enough about how both Susan and Chris worked together to prepare us and suggest a Selling price range among many other things. The communication the entire time from both Susan and Chris was quick, clear, concise and they work as an excellent team. We received our asking Price as the full Selling price. We cannot stress enough how both Susan and Chris are a great asset/s to Century 21 Select Group. This is a team that other realtors should strive to emulate in terms of work ethic, honesty, and communication. Huge Thanks to both Susan and Chris!

Seller reviewWhen my fiance passed away in 2020, I needed the services of an excellent and experienced agent to sell John's home. I got in contact with Susan Lare and I immediately knew she was going to be just the agent I needed. With her professionalism and caring, John's house was sold within a short time and I was pleased with how Sue conducted the transaction. When it came time for me to sell my house, there was only one agent I wanted and needed - Susan Lare. Again, Sue handled the sale of my home with the same caring and professionalism and my home was again sold in a short time and I was happy with the outcome. Of course being that this had been my home for so many years, its sale, to me, was bittersweet and Sue treated me so kindly during the showing/sale/closing. I highly recommend Susan Lare to anyone for the sale of your home. You can't go wrong!!

Buyer reviewAnyone knows finding a home knows it takes tedious and thoughtful time. But, I had extra needs as I have a child with special needs and I also had specific desires, that I knew might need to be compromised - but held out hope she'd find something close. She not only delivered, she checked off ALL my boxes. The entire experience was made fun, and tailored around my expectations. I actually had a surgery scheduled, and it just so happened I found the house of my dreams (that she suggested and I balked at originally due to distance, but quickly realized was perfect) - in the same week. Surgery Monday, we closed Friday, and she made the entire experience painless. She picked me up, drove me to signing, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time! Susan listened to what I needed, and took the time to help me find exactly that. She explained the process every step of the way, I never once felt confused or blindsided. Couldn't of had a better realtor - or experience!
