The positive reviews from her previous clients were so impressive, and it was very clear that she knew Cheverly very, very well. We also truly appreciated our initial meeting with her - she was patient, thorough, and clear about what the entire process would look like and made us feel very comfortable about the experience we would have with her as we went through the home buying process for the first time. Susan made the home buying process easy and fun! She kept us in the loop every step of the way and quickly gained our complete trust. Not only was Susan an incredible resource to us given her years of experience in the real estate business and her seemingly endless knowledge of Cheverly, but every other person she recommended to us (lender, inspector, settlement office, etc.) was equally as wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.     Susan Pruden is a an amazing resource. She knows our area as well as anyone could and she is tapped in to great resources for all the things that come with buying a home. She is also patient and great with kids. I'd use her again, but I hope I don't have to. We like our house and want to stay in it. If you want someone who is engaged in the process and always ready to help, you want Susan Pruden.

    Susan really was great to work with. Her knowledge of the market and selling/negotiating strategies were invaluable. She provided spot-on recommendations and was always very clear and prompt with communication. As real estate shopping has shifted more and more to the internet, Susan was very much in-tune with what it takes to put together an appealing online listing. I received multiple compliments on the photos she took for my listing, and I believe they were a key factor in securing two full price offers just 3 days after going on the market! I would not hesitate to recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy/sell.

    This deal had several places where it could have fallen apart and Susan kept it together. The listing agent and the sellers were both not detail oriented and did things that they shouldn't have done (agreeing to open the pool before closing according to the home inspection agreement and then deciding that they didn't want to). Susan came up with options that worked for us both and kept things moving forward.

    We met Susan Pruden in 2010 and engaged her to assist us to purchase the property in Cheverly. When the time came to sell the property in 2015 we had no hesitation in engaging Susan again. Susan has dealt in the area for many years, her integrity and understanding of the market is impeccable. Being based in Australia, we were heavily reliant on Susan to assist us in preparing the property for sale, get all documentation in place and to communicate progress and feedback to us. With Real Estate laws, processes and structures so different to what we are used to, Susan walked us through each stage so we had a full understanding of where we were at. Again working with time differences, Susan was fielding calls, sending emails and working out of normal business hours during the sale process. Our reliance on Susan was total, and such was our confidence in her integrity that we nominated her to act on our behalf as Power of Attorney at the settlement. Despite so many moving parts with us not being in the U.S., Susan oversaw the entire sale seamlessly. I have no hesitation recommending Susan's services for anyone buying or selling a property in the area, Susan went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome for us, which she achieved through professionalism, efficiency and strong negotiating skills.
